Reservations:
Court reservations are accepted for weekday and weekend court time. Courts may be reserved for up to one hour for singles and two hours for doubles. Priority is given to adult members. Children of family memberships may reserve courts when playing with parents, but may play anytime with other children when there are open courts. Court reservations may be made in person or by telephone, no more than one day in advance. Members may reserve one court at a time.
During April, play is first-come first serve, aside from the times when the girls team is practicing or playing matches. Reservations are taken by phone for weekend play from May through October, and are first-come, first-served on weekdays in May, September, and October. During the school year, the high school team occupies the courts from 3:00 - 6:00 pm on weekdays. When the girls have home matches, the courts open after all matches conclude.
During the summer months, reservations are accepted seven days a week, for hours when summer camp is not in session. (The tennis camp runs from 8:30 am- 4:00 pm, Monday-Friday, from June 15th through July 31st.) The courts will also be closed during the Holy Trinity Mass and picnic (TBA), from 9:00 am - 1:00 pm, and during the weeks of the Visitation sports camps (8/10-8/14, 8/17-8/21).
